- Once a year we will come out and clean your unit which will help keep running costs down and help reduce premature wear and tear.

- Preform an inspection to reduce the chance of it breaking down during the times you need it running the most

- 10% off any repairs while on this service plan

- Emergency/after hours service at non-emergency prices

- If you have multiple units on the same property then we can add them to this plan for an additional $59 per unit

- Twice a year we will come out and clean your unit which will help keep running costs down and help reduce premature wear and tear.

- Preform an inspection to reduce the chance of it breaking down during the times you need it running the most

- 15% off any repairs while on this service plan

- Emergency/after hours service at non-emergency prices + priority service

- If you have multiple units on the same property then we can add them to this plan for an additional $99 per unit

Mini Split Maintenance Plan

$119 Per Head
